Rehab It Wellness was created as a natural extension of Rehab It Physical Therapy giving our patients a seamless bridge from physical therapy to long-term fitness. With the same drive for excellence, Rehab It Wellness includes personal training and assisted stretching designed to improve strength, mobility and performance for children and adults looking to optimize their fitness and health.

At Rehab It Wellness, our certified trainers bring a thoughtful, movement-focused approach to personal training that goes beyond a typical gym session. Each program is highly individualized, combining strength training and mobility work to help you move better, build strength, and reach your goals efficiently.
What truly sets our team apart is their advanced certifications, deep understanding of biomechanics, movement quality, and intelligent exercise progression. Our trainers are skilled at meeting clients exactly where they are—whether you’re a seasoned athlete, getting back into exercise, looking to improve performance, or simply wanting to feel stronger and move better—so you can train with confidence and make consistent progress. Our trainers regularly collaborate with the Rehab It physical therapy team, creating a seamless bridge between rehabilitation and fitness to ensure clients continue progressing safely and effectively.

Assisted Stretching
Assisted stretching is a hands-on service designed to improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, and help your body move more freely. During each session, our Certified Stretch Therapist guides your body through targeted stretches that allow you to safely achieve a deeper and more effective stretch than you can typically accomplish on your own.
These sessions are ideal for anyone feeling tight, stiff, or limited by poor mobility—whether from exercise, long hours at a desk, or everyday stress. By combining thoughtful positioning, controlled stretching techniques, and a strong understanding of movement, assisted stretching helps improve flexibility, support recovery, and leave you feeling more open, relaxed, and ready to move.

Are your personal trainers and assisted stretch specialists certified? Yes. Our trainers hold certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)—one of the most respected credentialing bodies in the industry and a standard commonly required for trainers working with elite athletes across professional sports organizations including the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, and MLS. Many members of our team also hold additional advanced certifications and specialized training.
Can personal training and assisted stretching be combined within a package? Absolutely. Our packages are designed to be flexible and tailored to your goals. Clients often combine strength training and assisted stretching to optimize performance, recovery, and mobility.
Can I add assisted stretching to a personal training session? Yes. Sessions can be customized to include both training and assisted stretching. Your trainer or certified stretch specialist will help determine the most effective combination based on your goals, current training load, and recovery needs.

Do Rehab It physical therapists collaborate with Rehab It Wellness trainers? Yes. Collaboration between our Doctors of Physical Therapy and training team is a foundational part of the Rehab It approach. Our professionals work closely together to ensure your program is safe, effective, and aligned with your individual needs. If at any point a formal physical therapy evaluation would be beneficial, your trainer can seamlessly coordinate that with one of our physical therapists.
What is your cancellation policy? We ask that sessions be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled session incur a $50 late cancellation fee. Cancellations within 2 hours of the session will be charged in full or deducted from your package. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and will always do our best to be fair and accommodating when possible.
