​​Dr. Helen received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University. While there, she was awarded the prestigious Maria Ebert Clinical Excellence Award for exceptional care which she completed in a combination of pediatrics and outpatient sports and orthopedics. As an orthopedic and sports specialist, Dr. Helen has helped a wide variety of patients reach their goals whether it be learning to walk again or returning to elite level sports.
​
She spent most of her career working in NYC as the clinical director for one of the leading physical therapy providers in the Northeast. She gained extensive knowledge and expertise in a wide range of non-operative and post-operative treatments for orthopedics. During that time, she began working very closely with Dr’s at Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), the country’s top hospital for orthopedics. Today, the fact that that so many physicians have entrusted her with their patients is something she is so proud of.

Dr. Helen is beyond grateful for the loyal patients, colleagues, and mentors throughout her career. Born in England but raised in Greenwich, Dr. Helen is excited to be back in Greenwich with her husband Andrew and 2 children, Mikayla and Mason. The community in the Greenwich and Stamford, CT area is one of a kind. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to offer you a level of service that will exceed your expectations.

Dr. Jaime Rudbart, PT, DPT

Dr Jaime's journey into physical therapy began with a passion for helping others regain their physical strength and improve their quality of life. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland and holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Florida State University.
​
Renowned for her exceptional ability to connect with patients, Dr Jaime excels in evaluating and designing personalized treatment plans. She works closely with doctors to ensure comprehensive care and educates her patients about their diagnoses and home exercises. Her clinical interests include orthopedics, pediatrics, sports medicine, and concussion/vestibular therapy. Her dedication to her patients is evident through her continuous pursuit of advanced skills, including certifications in Concussion Program Development, Blood Flow Restriction, Motor Development in Early Childhood, and Dry Needling. Her compassionate and personalized approach has significantly impacted many lives, empowering patients to regain their strength and confidence.
When she's not working her magic at Rehab It, Dr Jaime is out and about in Stamford with her boyfriend Tim. Whether she's lifting weights, perfecting her Pilates moves, or running, she is always staying active. She's a bookworm at heart, happily diving into her latest read with her book club. Exploring new restaurants, playing trivia, and adventuring outdoors are just a few of her favorite hobbies.

Dr. Codi Forney, PT, DPT, OCS
​
Dr Codi has over 8 years experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy with extensive clinical experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, post-surgical care, spine and pelvic health. She earned her Bachelors of Science from Sacred Heart University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from International American College, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment and patient-centered care. Dr Codi also achieved advanced certifications in Functional Dry Needling, McKenzie for Spine, Blood Flow Restriction Therapy and consistently pursues continuing education to refine her hands-on techniques and clinical reasoning.
​
Over the course of her career, Dr Codi has treated patients across a variety of settings, from outpatient orthopedic clinics to acute hospital care. Her approach emphasizes restoring functional movement, reducing pain, creating effective, personalized treatment plans and helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them. Dr Codi has spent years collaborating with and learning from some of the areas top orthopedic physicians, fine tuning her skillset and creating an extensive network of physicians to add to our wider care team. Patients love Dr. Codi for her warm and nurturing approach grounded in treatments that help her patients recover quickly and safely. She takes pride in creating a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel empowered throughout their recovery journey.
Dr Codi lives in Stamford with her husband Dan, their 6 month old daughter Cecilia, and their dogs, Spud and Chance. When she's not in the clinic, you'll likely find her enjoying time with her family and friends and taking her dogs for a walk.

Dr. Kate Collins, PT, DPT
​A distinguished graduate from the University of Nebraska in 2006, Dr Kate holds a respected Doctorate in Physical Therapy. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, she has seamlessly intertwined her knowledge of orthopedics and pediatrics, becoming invaluable to her many patents. Dr Kate passionately believes in the transformative power of early intervention, catering to the diverse needs of her cherished pediatric patients.

Dr. Kate stands out in the pediatric realm, having earned the prestigious Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) certification. This accolade empowers her to offer state of the art, industry leading care to her pediatric patients. Spanning the vast spectrum of pediatrics, Dr Kate has become a trusted name for holistic childcare. Children not only love her outgoing personality, but her ability to weave fun into rehabbing an injury is unparalleled. Her broad experience encompasses working in the birth to three programs, executing school-based therapy for children aged 3-18, and dedicating her skill in a renowned Children’s Hospital. She has offered her expertise to children and infants tackling challenges from neurological disorders, developmental and sensory delays, to torticollis, plagiocephaly, brachycephaly, and even sports-related injuries. Beyond therapy, Dr Kate is an expert in car seat evaluations, helmet assessments, and ensuring pediatric adaptive equipment, like wheelchairs, orthotics and walkers fit perfectly.
​Relocating to Greenwich in 2016 with her family, Dr Kate is deeply rooted in the Greenwich School system. As an active mom of four, she understands the importance of a swift recovery post injury, especially given the demands of a busy life.
