Dr. Reich achieved a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University after receiving her Bachelors of Science from Elon University. She was awarded the Maria Ebert Clinical Excellence Award for exceptional clinical care during her residency which she completed in a combination of pediatrics and outpatient sports and orthopedics. As an orthopedic and sports specialist, Dr. Reich has helped a wide variety of patients reach their goals whether it be learning to walk again or returning to elite level sports. While Dr. Reich treats all different types of athletes, she has a special interest in working with golf and tennis athletes and has been certified by the Titleist Performance Institute, US Professional Tennis Association and Racquet Fit in golf and tennis fitness assessments and treatments.
Dr. Reich spent the majority of her career working in NYC for one of the largest and leading physical therapy providers in the North East. She gained extensive knowledge and expertise in a wide range of non-operative and post-operative treatments for orthopedic and sports conditions. Dr. Reich served as Clinical Director of one of the largest clinics in NYC. In addition to treating her patients, she was directly responsible for running the daily operations of the clinic and mentoring the other physical therapists and staff.
Dr. Reich is grateful for the loyal patients, colleagues, mentors and physician relationships she has gained through her time practicing in NYC. After getting married and having a baby it was time to return to her hometown of Greenwich, CT. Born in England but raised in Greenwich, Dr. Reich is excited to be back in the place she has always called home. The network and community in the Greenwich and Stamford, CT area is one of a kind. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to offer you the top-notch care that you deserve!

Chalon Lefebvre brings over 20 years of sports and orthopedic experience to Rehab It Physical Therapy. In addition she has obtained an advanced degree as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) which helps her to create highly effective strengthening programs for athletes of all levels or for patients looking to improve their strength for wellness benefits or in regards to a specific injury.
In addition to her CSCS certification, Chalon is also certified by the American Physical Therapy Association as a Clinical Instructor and is a pre and postnatal exercise specialist. Providing the most up to date care is at the foundation of Chalon's work as a physical therapist which is evidenced by the extensive list of advanced certifications she has achieved. While this list is not all inclusive, some of her advanced certifications include expertise in the following areas: Advanced Corrective Exercise, Functional Movement Screens, Injury Prevention and Treatment Techniques, Baseball Medicine, Pilates Mat Foundations, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Maitland and McKenzie Spinal Techniques, Active Isolated Stretching, Sports Medicine for the Young Athlete, Advanced Management of Shoulder and Elbow Disorders in Athletes and Myofascial mobilization.
Chalon is a local Mom that has been living in the area for many years and is passionate about providing more one on one, individualized care to our local community. She is a true wealth of knowledge and a huge asset to our Rehab It family. We are thrilled and grateful to have her take care of our patients!
Kelsey Cognetta earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Dominican College in Orangeburg, NY and received a Bachelor's in Athletic Training from Keene State College.
As an Athletic Trainer, Kelsey gained invaluable, on-field experience with athletes at the high school, collegiate, and professional level. During Kelsey's undergraduate studies, she was the co-captain of the women's basketball team and found a passion for helping others after overcoming two knee surgeries. As a doctoral student, her research focused on the use of motor imagery to improve balance performance in healthy adults. Additional clinical affiliations gave Kelsey the opportunity to guide rehabilitation for patients with a variety of conditions in both the in-patient and outpatient settings.
Kelsey's goal is to facilitate an individualized-wholistic approach to each patient's rehabilitation process via a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient empowerment.
When she's not in the clinic, Kelsey enjoys playing basketball, weight-lifting, hiking, reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
